Zoe Donates to help Support her club

Congratulations and thanks go to Zoe Narey who recently won a Christmas Card competition at her mum’s work and donated the £250 charity prize to our club.

Each year, Arco runs a Christmas card competition for children of their employees to take part in. The competition is split into three age groups, under 7 years, 8-11 years and 12-16 years, with the winning card designs being turned into a printed and digital greetings cards and used to wish the Arco pensioners, colleagues, suppliers and customers a Merry Christmas.

Arco’s Community Panel were overwhelmed by the fantastic response to this year’s Christmas card competition with more than 50 entries, which made it hard for them to select the winners. As one of the three winners, Zoe received a £250 charity donation which she kindly donated to our club, a family experience/prize of her choice to the value of £200 and 12 copies of her card to send out to her friends and family.

This is the third year running that Zoe has won her age category of this competition and proud of her achievement she said “I can’t believe I have won again. That means I’ve been able to donate £750 to local charities and clubs in the area. That’s amazing!”
