Outstanding results at the first of the seasons Regional NDP Qualifiers

Updated: Dec 5, 2019

The NDP Qualifier was hosted in Bradford last weekend. I'd like to congratulate everyone who qualified and also commend the efforts of everyone who competed.

Excellent results today for all our new Club squad members performing at the Regional NDP grades in level 1, great to see a big improvement from everyone. Congratulations to the following gymnasts Jessie Wilcocks,  Gwennan Davies, Grace Mountain, Talia Northcott, Carla Firth , Emily Palfreyman, Zoe Neary, and Layton Hilton our youngest member performing his routines for the first time at the tender young age of 6 years old. In Level 2 we had Martha Harris also a very young competitor showing real potential to move up the levels, performing lovely skills at this event.

A massive congratulations also to all the gymnasts in levels 4, 5 and 6. They were Declan Booth Hudson, Eve Holding, Isobelle Warrener, Lilly Milligan, Will Cree, Toby Castle, Polly Neary, Dominic Cole , Taylor Baker and Ethan Cutter. Fantastic routines throughout the day well done to all.

Congratulations to Eve Holding who has qualified on the DMT in level 2, Eve also qualified at level 5 on the trampoline performing extremely neat routines.

Congratulations to Carla Firth who has qualified in her first ever NDP grades competition  in both Trampoline and also on the DMT. Carla who has recently been diagnosed with Autism , has worked extremely hard  and everyone at PHF is very proud of her achievements.

A massive congratulations to Jacob Petch for qualifying at level 4 on the DMT in his first regional grading competition on this piece of apparatus. Jacob also competes at Elite level in trampolining and has done extremely well throughout the year.

Congratulations to our coach Aimee Harrison and young gymnast Evie Spreakly. In the short time that Evie has been a member of PHF regional squad, she has made enormous progress. Evie experienced her first Regional grades competition along with the rest  of the squad competing lovely routines. Coach Aimee set Evie the task of completing two routines which were very new to her, Evie demonstrated lovely skills. We look forward to watching Evie progress with a bright future, well done to both.

Last but by no means least, thank you so much to all our supportive parents, judges, officials and helper volunteers throughout the day for your fantastic work for supporting phoenix high flyers! We couldn't do it without you.
