FRIDAY FRUIT SMOOTHIE DAY

Try either of these lovely smoothies to kick start your day

Smoothie no 1 cabana beach

A handful of ice cubs

One banana

Half a glass of coconut milk

one yogurt in pineapple flavour

Blend it all together

pour into a tall glass

Drink and enjoy xx


Smoothie no 2 Green and great

A handful of ice cubs

one stick of celery

Half a glass of apple juice

one kiwi

one avocado

one green apple

Juice of one lime

One yogurt kiwi flavour

Blend it all together

pour into tall glass

Drink and enjoy xx


Smoothie no 3 Very berry beautiful

A handful of ice cubes

4 strawberries remove heads

Half a glass of blackcurrant squash

Handful of blueberries

Handful of blackberries

Handful of raspberries

Handful of black grapes

One yogurt in black cherry flavour

Blend it all together

Pour into tall glass

Drink and enjoy xx

Any of the above smoothies will make you feel amazing they are very healthy and great for all the family, each recipe will make enough for 2-3 people, its also a great way to use up all your fruit.
